There are a few things you need to know when attending the studio. By following the guidelines below, our community built on mutual respect, cooperation and support can be enjoyed by all who attend.
- Bullying/Harassment/Discrimination: Any form of bullying, harassment or discrimination will not be tolerated.
- Be punctual: Arrive 5 minutes before your session starts. If you arrive more than 5 minutes after a group session has started, you won't be allowed to join the class and will be charged the full cost of that class. This is for your safety and the enjoyment of clients already in the session. For private sessions, you should also arrive 5 minutes before your session starts. If you are late, you will still get to do your session, but the session will finish at the scheduled time and won't be extended to make up for lost time. You will also be charged the full cost of the session.
- Late Cancellation Policy: All private and group sessions are subject to a 24 hour cancellation policy.
- Training Frequency: Consistency = Results. It is expected that clients participating in group sessions train a minimum of 2 x per week. Private clients should attend at least one session per week.
- Grip socks and clean workout gear: Fully enclosed clean grip socks are a must for hygiene and safety. Toeless grip socks aren't permitted. Clean workout gear really speaks for itself.
- No zips, buttons or sharp pieces on workout gear: This is to protect the upholstery of the various pieces of specialised apparatus in the studio. These gorgeous pieces have come a long way, New York and Brazil, and are not easily replaced or repaired. So even those hidden zips at the back of your leggings aren't permitted.
- Jewellery: You can wear jewellery to the studio but will need to take it off before you start your workout. Watches, rings and bracelets can damage the upholstery and necklaces can get caught. Your jewellery is your responsibility and the studio is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged personal items.
- Mobile phones and Smart Watches: Make sure they are turned off or on silent. Please remove your smart watch.
- No food or drink: Except water in a sealable shatterproof bottle.
- Care of equipment: At the end of each group class, you will need to ensure you have cleaned everything you used during your class and have re-set the equipment. Don't worry, you'll be shown what to do on your first visit.
- Memberships and ongoing private sessions have terms and conditions. Before committing to a membership or ongoing private sessions, discuss the terms and conditions with the studio (you'll receive a copy for your reference).
